The crochet baby crown pattern doesn’t take much yarn and is very quick and easy to make. You can use any acrylic yarn or cotton yarn that is suitable for a G/4mm crochet hook. I commander to use baby DK yarn.

- Yarn needle, scissors
Crochet baby crown pattern newborn size: Chain 48, join into the first chain, make sure your chain is not twisted,
R1: Ch2, hdc for the rest of the row, 47 hdc total.
Slst to the top of chain 2
R2: Ch2, work into the same stitch: 2dc, ch2, 3dc. Skip 2 stitches, slst to the third stitch.
Skip 2 stitches, 3dc, ch2, 3dc. Skip 2, slst, continue crocheting the rest of the row at the same manner.
When you get to the last slip stitch, join to the beginning chain 2.
Fasten off, wave in ends.
If you want to crochet the crown in a larger size just make sure you make your initial chain a multiple of 6
